Teesside University was founded in 1930 as Constantine Technical college, becoming a full-pledged University in 1992. The University’s reputation as internationally connected prepare students for work in a global workforce whether working abroad,

Teesside University is rated between 601st and 800th in the world and 87th in the UK by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2018. The University achieved the Teaching Excellence Framework Silver Award in 2018. Teesside is one of the only few universities in the UK to be awarded the Customer First Accreditation for its services to business. The University was accredited with Investors in People Gold Status, the international standard for people management.
